anyone seen what some unscrupulous NIGERIANS are doing to the naira? just as well the polymer notes was introduced.can anyone think of how the masses can be educated, because it seems the government is not doing enough with their advertisements. the new naaira notes i've just seen takes the glamour off the money being just a week old.
