Please guys don't fall a victim to this guy as he does not know what he's doing. I forgo 350k to him due to his unprofessionalism and not willing to do what I want as the house owner. He does not supervise the people he hired to do the job, he argues with you about what he want to do and not what you want.. he is a fraud. Please please be careful dealing with him.
