Gaming in crypto is quite a common concept but if you think about it most of the recent gamefi projects are all built on top of the TON ecosystem which lead to most of the TON airdrops people had a frenzy over some while ago However, gamefi projects are still being built on multiple different blockchains like ETH and SOL. For example, Sonic SVM is a project made to expand the existing Solana Gaming Ecosystem to process more requests faster per second which is basically like an upgrade for current games built on SOL. Yes SONIC do actually have a token that is listing on the 7th. You can actually pre deposit on Bitget for a zero deposit fee event that ends soon What kind of developments do you guys expect in the gamefi scene this year? |
Staking has become a go-to strategy for many crypto nerds looking to grow their holdings passively. Whether it’s through liquidity pools or specialized staking programs, the appeal lies in earning rewards while holding onto your assets especially with liquid staking. With the way BTC has been bullish, it was only a matter of time before an exchange introduced a fancy new way to stake BTC and Bitget has taken the initiative with BGBTC. Here’s how it works, much like their BGSOL for SOL holders, BTC holders can now stake their BTC on Bitget and receive BGBTC in return. They offer quite the generous APRs but also allows you to continue benefiting from BTC’s price movements while staking. Essentially, it’s a way to earn while you hold. Considering how BGSOL had the highest apr for any SOL staking product of any exchange, I think this will also be an absolute steal Do you think this is a good concept? Here's the link to read more about it https://www.bitget.com/support/articles/12560603819437 |
I came across THENA telegram group today and I'll say I was quite intrigued, the project is a liquidity management protocol built on BNB chain and it has this rewards system built into it that gives automatic benefits to liquidity providers and stakers. The community really did connect with the project and it was all rainbows and smiles lol I feel like this is what most projects lack this days, most project don't build their platform to benefit their community rather they extort them one way or the other which is sad. Good to know projects like that still exist Currently THENA is listed on Bitget and the price chart is quite good, incase you want to check it out. Link below https://www.bitget.site/spot/THEUSDT |
Recently a lot of exchanges have adopted flexible staking methods so you don't have to lock your assets. Recently I've noticed that Binance, Bitget and Bybit have all come out with SOL staking products with different names but similar concepts lol Mostly it involves converting and staking your SOL in a flexible manner and can be unlocked whenever you want. I just woke up one day and noticed all 3 exchanges have similar products just with different APRs. Even still Bitget have the highest APY at 30% which makes it the highest or the best one of all three I've never actually tried it before, I'm actually curious if anyone has tried it before cause it looks funny to me lol |
I personally feel like project teams don't take care of their initial investors or users anymore. If I sound angry, yes, I am. I was supposed to get an airdrop or thought I was going to get an airdrop for this sender AI project, but because the listing is today but they said the claim will be open a whole week after listing lmaooo. The token is already live on Bitget and it's price isn't so bad but we still can't claim Personally, I don't think this is good for us. The price after that one week might not be favorable. Has something like this ever happened to you?

I feel like we've been talking about meme coins a lot alongside BTC because of the good price pumps we've seen recently I've been watching other tokens and their potential to grow. I found defi lending to be an interesting area to look at, tons of defi lending projects out there mostly all built on ETH chain, most of their tokens on other exchanges like Bitget. Morpho recently launched their own token on CEXs, which begs the question, are DeFi lending tokens good investments?
|
We've seen tokens like BAN, ACT, GOAT, and PNUT go berserk since their listing on Binance I have seen fans or shillers of URO rather, a memecoin call for Binance to list their token because of that listing pump the project gets. Technically, Binance might list the token if they consider it worthwhile, but you never really know For now URO is listed on Bitget, so it's wise for you to buy early there before it 10x or 100x. BAN, ACT, and PNUT all followed the same pattern. I hope you see the pattern in seeing too |
Despite all the tough times and scandals Binance has passed through, it actually still is the most downloaded CEX every month globally. According to this info, Binance still is the most downloaded app and the runner ups being okx and Bitget Still shows the influence Binance has over other CEXs. However the growth of the runner up exchanges is really Impressive especially Bitget. Bitget wallet is one of the most downloaded wallet and now Bitget too is top 3 downloads, testament of growth haha. It's interesting to see where the exchange goes from here Source https://x.com/CryptoRank_io/status/1855060922017951977 |
One thing about memecoins is they are hilariously always capitalizing on the ongoing situation in the world. I remember when Trump got shot at his rally and there was already a meme for it lol When that news about the Squirrel that was euthanized by the NYSDEC, they went ahead and created PNUT now there's a raccoon meme named FRED for a raccoon that was taken away by the government too I find it absolutely hilarious that people make millions of funny narratives like this but I guess that's why people love memecoins. PNUT was an absolute hit, if you're interested in $FRED then check it out here |
Trading EGLD is basically considered a good day to day trading choice on how to make profit and a lot of CEXs do offer staking for it and a lot of people do consider a low risk staking option even lesser risk than staking other tokens, this was the opinion I heard when Bitget announced staking for it with a higher APR. My question is why tho? Is the project considered to be that much of a solid base project token to invest in? I don't really know much about it
|
One thing I've always said about memecoins is that they have earning opportunities even after the initial airdrop before the project listing. I just saw an event for Xempre on Twitter even though the listing is way past. It's a relatively simple task , just trading the token itself qualifies you and it's just that easy. This showcase the power or advantage TON memes have in the long run I think that will be the fate of most successful TON game memes Here's the link to the Xempire event: https://x.com/bitgetglobal/status/1851109612407439747 |
Have you guys ever discovered or used any exchange or DEX some years back and now you randomly find out they are popular and a big thing now? I'm sure this has happened to a few of us that probably traded on some exchange because they listed a token you wanted and two to three years later the exchange is now way popular and a big thing. This ever happened to you guys? Makes you feel like one of the pioneers haha For me it's Bitget, I started using them three years ago and now they are one of the biggest exchanges in the world with even 4m followers on twitter. Nice to see |
The team has mentioned a date and people online seem to mention a date also but for now no CEX has announced a date officially For now the only thing we have are launchpools from two different exchanges which KOLs keep advising to participate in as to increase your allocation before the listing. The launchpool on Bitget has a 5 usdt minimum staking and the one on Bybit has a 100 usdt minimum so anyone you can afford, also the Bybit launchpool starts on the 8th. There are two pictures below showing the requirements and info about both launchpools Do you guys actually believe CATS will cook big or it might just end up like HMSTR?
|
A lot of these TON games airdrop are actually coming through this month. It looks like CATS and HAMSTER are next in line to list. HAMSTER has already been deposited to exchange and the listing tomorrow, whereas CATS has opened withdrawal to only Bitget for now, Bybit and OKX will be unlocked in 12 hours I'm not sure why it's Bitget before the rest, but 12 hours isn't a long time anyway. Are you guys excited about the listing of CATS?

Did you guys see the recent accusations against Binance regarding market manipulation and corruption? Binance apparently listed two different tokens with the same tickers, NEIRO and caused a lot of confusion and people claim it's market manipulation NEIRO surged 1100% price increase and quickly fell back to $0.0002, a 60% decrease, leaving a larger wick on the 15-minute chart during this whole situation. Big messup from Binance ngl, looks like market manipulation and insider trading to me lol. They should do whatever they want anyways, I don't use them lmaoo. They left my country last year, had to look for alternatives and I'm happy I did. They have been involved in a fair share of scandals this past year. I did actually switch from bybit and Binance to Bitget early this year because if country restrictions, but the exchange has effortlessly replaced Binance for me
|
I know both involve staking a certain token maybe USDT, ETH or sometimes the exchanges native token but I always get the sense that a launchpool gets more hype than a launchpad but I've never really thought about it. I plan to participate in this this launchpool for an alt that promises great return but as a side thought I'm really curious if a launchpad or launchpool is more rewarding and if it varies per token and all Y'all can share your thoughts and experiences |
Lately, I've been exploring how AI can shake up market making, and it got me thinking. Picture this: an algorithm-driven system that creates liquid markets while ensuring fairness for everyone involved. No more outdated models where just a few players benefit now it's about aligning incentives for the entire community. Retail traders, projects, even market makers all get a slice of the pie. Feels like a much-needed shift, right? Reform is one project leaning into this concept, using deep-learning AI to optimize market making. The whole idea of protocol-owned liquidity and transparency is intriguing. It’s refreshing to see a community-driven approach that aims to create a level playing field for everyone. Oh, and they’ve got a listing on Bitget coming up, so definitely keeping this on my radar. https://www.bitget.com/spot/RFRMUSDT |
The Summit has actually ended but we can still celebrate her win and her representing us. Plenty of important speakers at the summit https://abs.io/ Check the speakers list for her name here A lot of controversial and popular topics were discussed at the summit like how the crypto world could eventually turn fully decentralized and how it's the future . This is the link to that https://twitter.com/usithetalk/status/1822911745054195817 |
I saw some tweets yesterday claiming traders have been getting scammed by P2P merchants on Bybit. Even crazy, the one I saw yesterday, the trader appealed after making a fake transaction, then asked the guy to pay a small amount for him to cancel the trade or they could drag it out, but he knew CS would favor the vendor I was totally shocked by this , because I didn't know people moved like that lol. This why when I do P2P on Bitget I make sure I choose a vendor that has a high completion rate and total number of trades completed. I've been in a similar situation before but Bitget CS was able to resolve it which is why I was even more surprised that it works on Bybit Looks like P2P scammers are upping their game, y'all should stay safe |
One of the biggest cryptocurrency summits right now has a Nigerian speaker. If you've not heard, there's ABS Asia Blockchain Summit that started just today and lasts till the 8th of this month. A lot of big names are currently at this event as speakers like the TON founder, Bybit CEO, Bitget wallet COO and Bitget COO also but we also have a Nigerian woman there as a speaker and she's Dr. Obiageli “Oby” Ezekwesili, the founder of SPPG. It's very interesting to see a Nigerian woman as a speaker in this event, and I look forward to her speech Another thing is as someone who uses Bitget in Nigeria because okx and Binance have packed up, I want to see if they'll announce any interesting announcements or good insights about their development, the only thing they've talked about is giving out merch to the people that attend Are any of you planning to follow this Summit? |
I was just in a telegram group earlier today and we were discussing AI tokens and how they are a lot of them and somehow the narrative is still bullish for most of them and I think that's because AI is kind of a hot topic right now and that's why a decent AI token will do relatively well over time in the current market Just after that discussion on the telegram group I coincidentally saw some guys shilling an a AI token and I decided to research Into the token to see what it was about. It's called AI network and they claim their ecosystem opens up the possibility for anyone to create and trade AI applications, much like online content can be created and the backbone of their ecosystem is their native $AIN cryptocurrency token. The token is actually not listed yet but Bitget are offering a deposit to list foe it and the more people deposit the faster they list It's certainly an interesting concept but you can't know em all when it comes to AI tokens. Do you guys trade personal tokens? |
I saw this project because it's basically a kit for developers to create dApps and they are designed to offer high-performance and low-latency trading infrastructure to simplify the process for developers integrating perpetual futures or spot trading into their applications, but what bothers me is this project apparently has their own native token it just seems like all projects are having their native token for no reason these days and my guess is maybe to make profit from the market but most of them claim holding it gives you privileges that are mostly meaningless. I was just surprised when I saw Orderly network on Bitget pre-market when I went to search for another token there. I think I might actually consider checking out the pre-market for it since it's a solid project I think it's for profit or do you guys think most native tokens are actually useful? |
Most Telegram mini games make their users work their ass off to get points or rewards, so many engaging and tough tasks people go through and when it's time for their TGE they come up with some BS that they are only distributing 5% or 10% as airdrop and most people won't be eligible or come up with some compromise or glitch in their network and they start cutting down people's wallets. MemeFi, Hamster and Pixelverse all did one of these things I mentioned above, another TON mini game Avacoin actually lists tomorrow and we will see if they will have any issues like that. The only thing AVACOIN has announced is their partnership with CEXs and the events that accompany them like how they quoted Bitget's tweet and highlighted their tap to earn where users can get 5% more if they participate and deposit their Avacoin on Bitget Do you think Avacoin will just follow suite and do something similar? |
I have kind of been expecting OKX to leave Nigeria eventually with the way the government have been cracking down on crypto exchanges in general. KuCoin and Binance left too and just bad policies in general are making it worse. I've been using local merchants to convert my usdt for a while but it's not so safe because it's prone to fraud and scams so I started using Bitget since I found it their P2P still works in Nigeria and I've not had any issues so far |
OKX left damn, this leaves icky Bybit and Bitget for us Nigerians to use especially for p2p. A lot of people have been moving to Bybit and Bitget for p2p this days because of reasons like this. It's still safe for now tho, I use Bitget and I've not had any issues yet but let's see how the situation develops |
Eight new Ethereum ETFs are launching on soon, allowing investors to buy Ether like stocks without needing a crypto wallet. These ETFs aim to diversify crypto investments beyond Bitcoin and are expected to attract institutional and retail investors, potentially boosting Ether's price and the broader crypto market. Just like the BTC ETF that have been previously approved, this is a call for celebration as it edges the world closer to global adoption of cryptocurrency and pretty much most big players in cryptocurrency should celebrate this. Even some CEXs have events to celebrate it like the one I saw on Bitget where they are giving our rewards in ETH for new users, first trades and first trading volume What do you guys think the ETH ETF will bring? Let me know |
OKX announces they will stop doing KYC for Nigerians and fully cease operations on August 30th, they are following in the precedence of Kucoin and Binance. That's one less exchange for Nogerians to trade on and do P2P kn. This is lowkey alarming and convincing for Nigerian users and it shows how the government isn't willing to work with any cryptocurrency exchange. Bitget and Bybit are the only known exchanges left running in Nigeria especially for P2P needs and who knows if they will exit the country soon. Even though Bybit and Bitget have shown a history of adhering to Nigerian rules and regulations which is why they still function properly up until now. Even months ago, Bitget had a campaign using third party payments to allow buying of cryptocurrency with naira which shows they don't plan on ceasing operations in the country anytime soon. I hope these two exchanges continue to function and allow us to access the market easily |
ATOR apparently migrated and has a new fancy name ANYONE lol. Some holders are complaining of issues with migration and how it was a setup for some of them, like the holders using trustwallet and also heard their migration link didn't work for some in their countries Nevertheless, ATOR or I mean ANYONE is still a pretty good concept with their complete decentralization and true privacy provided on the web that even makes your router and internet anonymous lol. They've listed on multiple exchanges including Bitget exchange just today, we will see what the price trend looks like after migration. Anyways were any of you guys previous holders of ATOR or what do you guys think of their migration? |
Ooh PoolX, that staking stuff. That just made me more interested in the token, I'll do my research and consider staking in it since it's low risk. I'm quite the fan of staking and I like how Bitget keep making more tokens available for staking |
How tough is futures in comparison to spot trading I plan to learn futures trading and dive into it fully, I've been demo trading for a while now and I've been doing fine and I think I can make the big jump now maybe because the exchange I'm using is offering events for first time futures traders lol. It's an event where Bitget are giving out free rewards up to 1 ETH for your futures trading volume, this could be your sign to start futures trading But I'm sure you guys have traded futures a lot, how hard is it compared to spot? |
It's 2024 and since late 2023 it has mainly been shitcoins and dumb ass memes that people and degens have been capitalizing on for massive profit and thus this memecoins have huge communities and I believe it's this memes that are soaring the popularity of the SOL chain. I think some people might consider this deviation from what they want crypto to be which is a decentralization of many products which take power away from a centralized community and to the owners of these creations I came across a project today that reminded me of the decentralization dream, Love Power Movement or LPM(funny name I know lol), It's one of those web3 artists and NFT marketplace where artists get t monetize their art and all but what's peculiar about this project is it had no presale or funding and it's purely pushed by the community. It's a really interesting one, I think the token lists on Bitget exchange sometime this week What do you guys think about this |
