Webmasters › Free! Don't Pay anyone to Host your WordPress Website/Blog for You. Watch Video. by FEMTERPRISER(op):
Are you planning to start a mummy blog, relationship, style, information or services blog this year?

Or maybe you have one already but haven’t been serious about running the blog full time because other things eat into your time?

When you eventually make up your mind about getting serious with blogging, it is important that you choose the right platform because many
bloggers and business owners underestimate the importance of having the right online platform

Here are the things I think you need to know before you start a blog or website so you can realise your dream of having an online job that pays you. If you already have a blog, make sure you still see whether you can make any big changes.

Before we get to the video, I’m going to tell you a story that should inspire you to take action now with what you have instead of waiting for the right job.

In all of my seminars, I skip the story part. Sometimes, you have to let people believe whatever they want about how you get paid regularly.
Because we only see the surface in this part of the world.

Because we only see the surface in this part of the world.

I’ve grown from the girl with no job, sitting in the house and waiting for my degrees to act on my behalf to the one who went out and took action…

…and is Now making almost a million for a single blog post

After graduating in 2012, I was hopeful because I was sure I would get a well-paying job even during youth service.

I took my CV everywhere I went; church, weddings, seminars, workshops, name it.

My favourite wool-black skirt suit that can be worn with any camisole or shirt, a four-inch heel shoes and flats, always followed me to every interview.
The flat shoes were really trainers. They went everywhere I went, neatly tucked in my black handbag until it was time to trek again to an interview location. The heels only came out to play big, working girl.

But my flats were the real heroes. They saw hell, muddy water and disappointments with me.

I graced about five interviews but every time, there was the same reject mail:

“We wish to inform you that you are not going through this stage. We hope to work with you next time. Best of luck”.

Five times!

“Yea right, you will work with me. You, your bosses and all your clients”!

I always swore under my breath in frustration. The rejection was too much for a girl with fledgling hopes and innate determination.

The worst part of these rejection mails is not the inability to work where you want but the way You reject You and put You in a corner, ALL BY YOURSELF!

After all, what could you possibly have to contribute? Your mates are on their second or third degree. They have these heavyweight professional certificates. Where’s yours?

If not checked, your mind WILL be your one and only enemy!

How could I possibly face my mother and father and all the others who sacrificed so much to see me through school and tell them, “There’s no way”?

So I trained my hands to learn different skills.

I baked and sold small queen cakes and large birthday cakes from door to door. I also had a general blog with news about famous people and celebrities(someone should have told me that would never sail), I ventured into writing and designing branding strategies for small businesses and then I learnt to design great blogs and sites.

Four skills. See, I would have stopped at baking because it is a ‘woman thing’. I would have left it to the society to dictate to me what skill I could learn and what my income should be.

Yet, guess which brought me more income and satisfaction?

If you said “definitely not baking or general blogging”, you guessed right. Also, you are in the right place! It’s YOU I made this blog for!

I knew I was going to make it but I did not know how just yet. But at the point where I focused on doing the unpopular things like creating a business, life started for me!

Before I delay further, here is the link to watch my video:
