In regards to the price of materials he quoted, it is fair; no inflation but I can't ascertain the quantity

I may be wrong but Enugu prone to erosion than water log. The main problem with this is that the back of the land is about 50 mins from a body of water if it rains the surface run off is much and might wash the fence away if not well built.

What sort of well is he digging with N150,000?
260 bags of cement, maybe I don't understand what you are describing because a fence near water will not take as much as that.

I have seen a lot of people get useful information and advice on this forum. Please my dear people I need your advice on the following:

I want to fence a land in Enugu and the land is close to a river. The engineer said that we need a reinforced fence on the side of the land close to the water.

From common sense, I think he is right but my issue is the quotation below.

Please people with experience can you look at this quotation and advice on 1) if the prices are right and 2) how best to reduce the cost and get the best out of it.
