At my place of work last week, all the staff were summoned on and a letter was issued to all staff in that organization saying that our appointment have been terminated. In the letter we were told to reapply. Everybody was confused. My question is why did such decision made against us.. And is there still hope that they reinstate all of us after reapplying.

Please I need ur advice.. And what should I write when reapply

I received query letter to explain myself on POOR performance of my students in an external exam as a teacher that the number of failures is unacceptable. I am so worried about this. Don't know what to say because i didn’t teach these students right from JSS1 i just took over from the teacher who taught them right from JSS 1 in their first term JSS 3 preparing them for the exam. I noticed that these students have poor foundation in the subject (Math) and you know without have strong foundation in math..there is no magic you can perform. Weekend lesson was organised just to brush them up yet the result was too poor.

 Please kindly help on what i need to reply just to prove myself.. Afterall am not the one who sat for the exam... I really prepare those students for that exam
