Afam4eva: Has the law been passed and if it was passed, was it not the state house of assembly that agrred to pass the law and Rochas accented. It invariably means that the Imo people agreed to this law cos their representatives agreed to it. I think the House of Assembly members should also be blamed.

Dankylove: Aside the fact that i'm a son of the soil from Imo.unbiasly,i'm imoites are impressed on Rochas government & wished other government in Neighbouring state to copy his mode of government & make South-east region a mini New York.
south-eastern regions especially imo state are know to be reckon with as Darken-Region even after Civilian rule of 12yrs b4 rochas came.
I'm not Promoting Rochas but let defend the truth.even the popular Governor Fashola of lagos has stated interests on how Fast & responsive Rochas government is.

Some of the projects accomplished within one year are: New Executive Council (EXCO) Chambers, Government House Chapel, An Ultra-Modern office building for the First Lady, An Ultra modern office building for Deputy Governor, Remodeling of abandoned Imo Hotel, Construction of the Heros Gate, Renovation of the Concorde Hotel, Reconstruction of abandoned Imo Parliamentary Quarters now known as Concorde Hotel Extension, Renovation of the Commissioners quarters, deputy governor’s and Speakers’ Lodges and the Imo House in Abuja.

FYI, a senator can't promise anyone FREE EDUCATION and SINKING of boreholes

The best a legislature can do is to lobby and help facilitate inclusion of his constituency project in that year's budget

The money is not even normally released to them to do the project....and the president can fall your hand by refusing to approve money for the project in the name of politics and as an opposition member
