Well the direct variations according to me will.In buying house the cost will be less and cost building house might be higher. The advantage of building might the type of house you need can be set up.According to your requirements. |

A member with an existing calamity loan may avail of another calamity loan, provided that his total calamity loan availment does not exceed P10,000. The outstanding balance of any earlier calamity loan will not be deducted from his new loan. |
