This is to advertise the sale or lease of a factory whish is situated on the Moniya -Iseyin road just after Ijaiye in Oyo state.

The factory is on a 2-acre land and comprises of the factory building, a five-bedroom staff apartment with 4 single bathroom/toilet, 3 offices for Admin staff and a two bedroom apartment with the director's office.

The factory in its totality is being offered for sale for 150Million naira but negotiable and if wanted for lease will be 2.5 million naira per year with an initial 4 year lease.

The Factory is divided into the wet and dry area.

In the wet area, we have
The Cassava delivery area where manual peeling can take place
Two automated peeling area with one imported and one fabricated cassava peeler
We have the area for cassava grinding, this consist of one imported grinder and one diesel powered cassava grinder.
We than have the grinded cassava pressing area, here we have two manual pressers and two automated pressers
Finally, we have six separate rack areas for cassava fermentation.
In the dry area, we have

5 Automated Garri friers, two imported from China via Capsfeed and three locally fabricated
4 Manual Garri frying stations made with stainless steel.
2 automated Garri Sievers
1 Garri grinder for (Koko) processing
2 weighing machine

The Staff Building

This consist of 5 bedrooms and each bedroom has 2 double bunk bed with matrasses that will accommodate up to 20 staff
A kitchen with cabinets for each staff as well as a sink with tap and water supply
4 single shower rooms with toilet

The Office building and two bed apartments

There are 3 offices, and each office has two table and chairs as well as a toilet in each office
