Eligibility
A suitable applicant should:

1. Possess at least ND or NCE, First Degree, HND or its equivalents. Possess NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption letter For first degree and HND holders.
2. Be a Nigerian citizen .
3. Be of sound and trustworthy character.
4. Be willing to fully dedicate yourself to the assignment.
5. Have a working knowledge of using a computer.
6. Not be a current employee of the government or any scheduled organization.

In addition to the above, prospective applicants must also possess the following for the online registration:

I. A recent passport photograph (compulsory);
