January 20 2015 @justwise they said decession has been made n need to wait 3 days to resev my passport back to me and my case been overturn already thats y i sent my passport to them.

@justwise,just wanted to know how ling doea it take ur passport back to u after your case been overturn? i sent my passport last january 20 And i resesev email last january 26 stated that i need to wait 1 to 3 days but till now i dnt resev yet....anybody here same as my case? @justwise i just wanted to know when the 14 days started coz until now i didnt bring my passport yet coz its close and open only tuesday and wednesday and i received the email yesterday which dated december 31 2014 on top of the letter.

@justwise i received an email today stated that i need to take my passport with in 14 days but the letter on top dated december 31 2014,i just wanted to know when that 14 days started? The day i received or the day written on the letter? Anybody here same situation as mine....thank you

@justwise....yes they refused my first application and they told me i can make an appeal so thats what i did and i received noticed of pending appeal too.

This is the content of my notice of pending appeal...
The tribunal has received ur notice of appeal against the refusal of your application. We have notified the place to which you made your application and ask them to prepare the relevant documents fir your appeal.
The tribunal will write to you after march 16 2015 wth further details on how and when your appeal will proceed.

My noticed of appeal lodged last oct.24,2014 and i received a noticed of pending appeal last december 16,2014,just want to ask if doed takes so long? Thank you

I just wanted to know about my settlement application,i received NOTICE IF PENDING APPEAL last december 16,2014...anybody here knows how does it take my visa granted?
