That's Tinubu's smart way of avoiding the invasion without appearing like a weak leader The overwhelming majority of Nigerians are against war at this time. When I explained to my wife, she asked me what our business is with Niger. Obama also used this method to avoid the invasion of Syria that year after giving a red line that Syria eventually crossed.
