So Sheffield Hallam is the only school that accepts HND (my observation in the past few weeks)

Please I applied to university of sunderland with my HND,I got a response that I can only do a top up course for one year before I start my masters degree .now the question is if I accept this offer can my family go with me ?

Really I thought I saw Uni Sunderland somewhere here among the list of schools one can get into with hnd. Is it that there no schools willing to accept HND at this time ?
