u will b given d cert of reg wen u want to submit ur file @ d academic affairs.....u will fill it dere and submit it.. it consist of two cards where u will attach 1 passports each...u will use it to enta exam hall durim exam period....medical form is d form u are given @ d medical centre

Gafano: Was there 4 d clearance yesterday buh my o'level turn me down(deficiency in physics or chemistry) and they transfer me 2 d admin office to tender my complain...wen i get there, d lady i met told me dat i wil swap 4rm stat 2 other course n dat d method 2 use for d change of course wil b diffrnt dat i shud check bak on wednesday 4 feedback based on d issue....i dnt knw if its possible 2 change course after wen u've bin admitted...plss i nid reply asap....

yes u can change ..but u will av to change to a course u av d requirement...dont u av any of physics and chem?...statistics requires only one of d 2
