Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist

Lagos, Nigeria

The speed at which we've grown, has created a need for this role, and we are excited to bring you, a driven bookkeeper and reporting specialist on-board to help us scale beyond our current constraints.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile accounts.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports to assist in strategic decision-making.
Marketing Reports: Compile and generate reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Administrative Support: Assist with other unrelated administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Documenting Processes: Writing SOPs for recurring tasks to ensure accuracy when completing tasks.
Advising: Provide insights on new processes to implement, and important financial metrics to track in order to maximize efficiency
Qualifications:

1 year minimum experience bookkeeping with quickbooks
3 years minimum of Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable internet connection and proficiency with online tools and platforms.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
