Good morning everyone my italy application status has changed to passport returning from consulate since last week Thursday till now it has not changed to passport returned does it use weeks to change again.

I submit photocopies of those documents not the orignal. But they still quote that they are missing documents

Some one should please help me, what does it mean when the printout form given to me by tls after submission state that missing document, even though i submit the photocopies to them
