In the building industry, We always hear the saying "This design will not work in Nigeria". Usually these so called designed are made of steel, concrete, glass and Flat roofs. So I sat down and thought, "What if we could adapt these designs to fit the Nigerian Climate and mentality?". Because of this, I was able to come up with some designs that could be built in Nigeria while taking into account the "Nigerian Factor". Of course not all designs you see on this page will be purely contemporary, but the aim is to showcase some of the works that have emerged out of our outfit and gather public opinion about them. EgunMogaji:I would recommend celebrating the front facade a bit more. Otherwise your facade might end up looking like an uncompleted decking. |

nio68:I apologize for taking so long to respond. Thanks for your interest. I dont attach floor plans to my public designs because they are easy to plagiarise and most clients see it as an invasion of their privacy when plans of their buildings are made available for general viewing. 2 Likes |
