op you need a certified vet(that knows what he is doing) and i don't know any around ajah .Pressure is building within the gastric wall.it needs to be let out asap either by tubing the stomach or directly using a syringe, if the stomach is filled with air. Time bro, time. sad

Loss of hair in dogs is termed alopecia. And like prodeegee said you should try deworming. But you were not specific with details. Are there red patches at the site of hair loss or any other dermal irritation. If so that could be MANGE or something else .
You can get dewormer tablets from a pet store and follow instructions written on it.

very true. Veterinary procedure for bloating, is needed for your dog which you may not be able to provide on your own.
treatment is dependent on severity tho. Please take your dog to the vet. all the best

Proper care and right feeding will bring out the best in your dog. you could mix rice with beef(meat loaf), chicken or fish. Your choice.
