My case is different as this is the first time I'm over billed in my life. My house font have meter and I've been given estimated bill of #8k every month for over 5years now, only for me to see a bill of #11k+ today. I thought they said house without meter shouldn't have more than #1,800 per month. Why is my bill on the rise?
