I am using a new HOT 6 Pro for about 2 months. Seems to be a decent enough phone. This morning I seemed to have lost sound on the phone. I cannot hear the phone ringing but I can talk on the phone. I cannot play videos - no sound, but video with headphone works fine - I can hear the sound. I have checked settings and put them on max - they appear to be fine. I have played around with the Volume rocker switch as best I can understand it - no sound but vibrate is now working. Any help will be much appreciated. I have switched ON/OFF a couple of times without any joy Thanks
