I want to share something I’ve been building quietly for a while now. I’m a student founder based in Lagos, and I built a platform called Fixsure under our parent company, House of Allure Global Ltd.

The problem I’m solving:
Almost every Nigerian has hired an artisan and regretted it. Money paid upfront. Job not done. Person becomes unreachable. Or the artisan did the job correctly but the customer refused to pay. Both sides have stories.

The reason this keeps happening is simple: there’s no infrastructure. No verification. No payment protection. No accountability. You hire based on “someone said he’s good” and pray for the best.

What Fixsure does:
Every artisan on Fixsure goes through a verification process before they’re allowed on the platform:
• They submit their full personal information
• They submit a valid government-issued ID
• We verify everything manually
• Only then do they receive a Verified Badge and a unique Fixsure ID
Before any job begins, the customer asks for the artisan’s Fixsure ID. If they can’t provide it, they’re not a verified Fixsure artisan simple.

How payment works:
The customer pays Fixsure directly (via Paystack) before work begins. We hold the money. The job gets done. The customer confirms satisfaction. We release payment to the artisan immediately.
Nobody gets cheated. Nobody disappears with money. Nobody works for free.

Who it’s for:
For customers: anyone who needs a plumber, electrician, carpenter, tailor, painter, welder, AC technician, or any skilled worker.
For artisans: anyone who is skilled, wants consistent work, and wants to be paid properly every time.

Plans available:
Artisans: Freemium (free), ₦500/month, ₦2,500/month (most popular), ₦5,000/month
Customers: Free, ₦1,000/month, ₦3,000/month, ₦6,000/month
