I've skimmed through most of the pages, but I didn't see anything regarding this question.

Must the tuberculosis test be done strictly at IOM? There are other accredited centres on the UK immigration website. Will their results be accepted for both receipt of COS, as well as for visa application?

More specifically, I was considering Q-Life Family Clinic. Has anyone had any experience with them, and is it advisable to book an appointment with them?
