apparition: It is obvious that quite a few people who use phones use them because it is fashionable to do so. If any one of these guys have done a close like for like comparison between for example the windows 8 phones, say the lumia 920 and any of the jelly bean androids, they will observe that the difference between them boils down to how one defines user friendly.
I have used the androids from the gingerbread through the ice cream to jellybean, quite frankly i find the windows 8 more of what i want. Simply put if you are more of a games person then the android is for you. If you are more of the business oriented type the windows 8 is what you want. They all have their various strengths and weaknesses.

texazzpete: There's an entire, 90 page thread dedicated to 'HD gaming on the Techno N3'
Yet the Techno N3 has a 320 x 480 screen...not anywhere near HD. And the 'HD games' they chortle about are 2010 - 2011 era games with settings throttled way back.

I accept that not everyone can afford the high end phones though...

jagabanban: ***Walks into the house, shouting***

"Mama Nkechi! Where is the picture I took with that albino last year? I queried

"What do you need it for", She answered.

"Chei! You are a typical Naija woman! You dey answer question with question." I retorted.

"Don't you know that if I post it on Nairaland, Seun will think its a foreign celebrity I took picture with and then move my post to front page"

"That means say na front page tinz we go dey" She said.

"Yes o!" I replied. Smiling and laughing at the same time.
