All I can say is that they both have reasonable job prospect which leaves you with going with the one you have passion for. If you have passion for both am sure one passion will be greater than the other, then go for the one with greater version and if you have equal passion for both. Flip a coin, if its head you go for computer engineering if its tail you go for chemical engineering. Anyone you choose bro, I wish you success.
