Forum Games › Re: Viral Blue Vs Red Button Question Is Dividing The Internet. What Will You Choose by Flangelo12: 9:32am On May 01 |
Red is a guarantee.
Let's go with probability.
It's 1/2 that an individual would choose either colour.
With bias, most people might pick blue and that's alright because it means red survives.
But if more people are doomsday nihilists, I'll definitely survive as I'm red.
Red is the safe choice which ever way you look at it.
I wish we would all choose blue, but j know that's not happening. |

Goodvibes007: Yeah. My colleagues working in Samsung and AMD hold degrees in Electrical/Electronics not Computer Engineering.
My point is that you don't need a degree in computer engineering to work as a computer engineer.
Go for a more general course that makes you more versatile and open more doors of opportunities. Don't narrow yourself to computer engineering from the get go, which some universities even still classify as a course under Elect/Elct. Nobody is going to rule you out because you studied "computer engineering ". |

Goodvibes007: I can't remember when I saw an Engineering vacancy specifically asking for computer engineer degree. It would likely be advertised as a job for Electrical/Electronics Engineers.
For a standard organization, ATS filter would likely screen you out, even before you make it to an interview. Let me educate others, if you may. First, every graduate has to think big and global. Your phone is a computer. Electric cars are computers. Robots are powered by a single brain box z guess what it is? Bingo. If you would elevate your mind, you'll understand what I'm saying. |
