What year was that ? And what’s the state of the economy as at that time ? What was the price of cement then ? What was the price of a tipper of sand and all other building materials ? My mom was a teacher and my dad was also a teacher . They started building in the year 2000 and they were only able to complete the building in the year 2015 even though the cost of materials was not this high. A four bedroom apartment . We were five in number and we all went to the university. They both earn a salary of 200k plus total before you ask; and yet it took them 15 years. I repeat, try to be patriotic with your statement in the public space . All hands are not equal . No one plans to live in a rented house if they can afford to build .
