Both.... That's if ur experience isn't substantial enough, they will now accept u as fresher because u had the potential passing the interview.....so u could be a potential.....Dangote doesn't do away with potentials.....

Wow....that's great.....wonderful posts/comments and replies....at least, the air is now clear to an extent...

By the Grace of GOD he/she will be given Employment letter and medical form.....this is what my friend that works there made me to understand.....

We have Two Dec. 2019...Recruitments.....(Cement and Fertilizer.)....Fertilizer candidates.....were asked to send some relevant documents upon success of the oral interview (though the one of fertilizer is an experience hire).......Candidates that contacted HR said that they were told "Very Soon" they will send Employment/Resumption Letters to them.....Someone in cement also said that He was told to upload some documents.........

Yes they have contacted those that were successful in the interview...... Very soon Employment/Resumption letters will be given out....

I mean av they contacted any one after the Nov.30 Appt.test and the December Interview we did at their Ikeja Office.
