I've just received an appointment from vfs for Residence permit for Studies for September 14th meanwhile my program requires me to be in Finland on 1st September, the course requires me to do the first year in Helsinki Finland and the second year in Berlin. Please how do I get an emergency appointment in at least August to meet up with resumption
