Ladoja was a governor 2003 - 2007. These people want road designed 18 years ago to be left the same way by an Engineer Governor. That is not possible. Houses were destroyed to build Adamasingba Stadium.

Dont say what you don’t know, let me tell you 99% of new road in Ibadan were designed and constructed by Ajimobi and Alao Akala, only the circular road is been constructed by Makinde ever since he got into power and its 100% certain that he can not finish the project because the extension is unnecessary and it’s probably to create space for shops
Makinde is very good at road maintenance Atleast let us credit him for that but I must tell you he is not doing enough when it comes to road project,all he is doing is building shops and car parks
And let me tell you,those people won’t be protesting if they are getting compensation and you people need to stop comparing Ibadan to new cities,Ibadan is ancient city just like London Uk and Barcelona in Spain or Rome Italy
Oyo state Goverment is one of the reason Ibadan isn’t developing,the local Goverment is zero arguely the most non functional local government in Nigeria and that is why Ibadan surburb is a mess at the moment,no road no water no electricity,infact I must say they are worse than most villages in other states
Local Goverment in Nigeria might not be functional but Atleast they are operating 30-50 percent but for oyo state it’s less than 0
