Properties / Help, Need Help With Deciding To Move To Isheri Or Ikorodu by Fliptolet: 2:56am On May 21, 2022
Hello everyone,

Recently saw a random post on a group about someone requesting public opinion on a decision that he is trying to move out from his old apartment because the mindset and light situation of his area at Igando being at an all time on Friday.

After enquiring from agents, he discovered that his budget will conveniently get him a room and parlor at Isheri while a two bedroom flat is obtainable at Ikorodu.

The problem is that he is scared based on what he heard that the Cult killings at Ikorodu is very high while Isheri is very small but spacious for his family plus he is already living in a room parlor flat.

Your input is needed especially if you're within those areas.... Please comment!!!

Noble act. Though the publicity is not needed.

If you go on recording good deed done within the family, what will you do when such is done to outsiders?

I know people that have been gifted cars without them mentioning the acts.

I have enjoyed such gift thrice. Social media should be used with sense. Must there be publicity when gift changed hands.

Everyone has a preference for Goodwill but all in all being silent is fair and golden.

Properties / How Hard Is It To Own A House As A Youth Aged 27 In Nigeria? by Fliptolet: 8:58am On Feb 15, 2022
If you are below 24 years and reading this just know that I have always been fascinated by thoughts of making money, making many mistakes early in life, failing fast waiting to come out stronger and successful.

I have also been intrigued by talks about running your race early in life, just incase I hit my goldmine early and failing fast which will allow me more time to try out other methods to ultimately reach that goal faster steadily until I succeed but then reality is an idiot, the present doesn't tell a bright future or better tomorrow.

All we have is just faith, hope and pains of the present.

Anyway I don't know how true this is but my friend sold his dead father's house willed to him to a company and bought a new home in a better location with the same funds he raised courtesy of his inheritance and assistance from the same company he sold to. Check them out fliptolet and you will understand better.

Back to my question, what are the odds that a young man at least owns a home in life or perhaps even turn out way more richer than Dangote in the future.

Properties / Why Does Selling A House Take Months In Nigeria And Africa. by Fliptolet: 1:53am On Feb 15, 2022
Many can understand the pain of talking to agents, paying for advertising on listing platforms but all to no avail.

"Jane" could be heard murmuring to herself in the background, after securing a visa to travel outside the country to study but has only one lifeline to raise the flight ticket; sell off the house her father willed over to her.

She could be seen pacing up and down when she realized there was only but a week to go. Desperate she searched online to see how she could get a loan against her house, which was ultimately a bad idea because it took months to process and the paper work involved could fill up the depth of the sea.

5 days to go, one of her friend pointed out the obvious, "babe there is no time". Lost for words, she reached out to a certain Instagram page called fliptolet which was advertising buying a home in 3 days, she reached out and was almost immediately given all out cash offer and contract after they did their own due diligence on the property.

To say the least, she quickly accepted as expected. Now armed with money, hope and certainty for her future destination. She glowed with smiles.

If you have ever been in Jane's shoes, you would understand her plight. To be human is to be uncertain in decisions, prone to disappointment and to have someone to reassure you that they will provide liquidity for your in 3 days is another story that will forever be told.

Fliptolet has made selling a house without agents possible in 3-7 days depending on your location.

With fliptolet, there is always a reason to worry less about any problem that won't put money in your bank account.
