Music/RadioTupac Shakur Still Alive by floma07(op): 11:48am On Aug 17, 2014
Prophetic Tupac said it all. I mean all we need is a progressive change in attitude across diverse socioeconomic and political background all over the world "Love your brother" Nigerians......... Changes by 2pac

"Come on come on
I see no changes. Wake up in the
morning
and I ask myself,
"Is life worth living? Should I blast
myself?"
I'm tired of bein' poor and even worse
I'm black.
My stomach hurts, so I'm lookin' for a
purse to snatch.
Cops give a damn about a negro? Pull
the
trigger, kill a nigga, he's a hero.
Give the crack to the kids who the hell
cares? One less hungry mouth on the
welfare.
First ship 'em dope and let 'em deal to
brothers.
Give 'em guns, step back, and watch
'em
kill each other.
"It's time to fight back", that's what
Huey
said.
2 shots in the dark now Huey's dead.
I got love for my brother, but we can
never go nowhere
unless we share with each other. We
gotta start makin' changes.
Learn to see me as a brother 'stead of 2
distant strangers.
And that's how it's supposed to be.
How can the Devil take a brother if he's
close to me?
I'd love to go back to when we played
as
kids
but things changed, and that's the way
it
is
[Bridge w/ changing ad libs]
Come on come on
That's just the way it is
Things'll never be the same
That's just the way it is
aww yeah
[Repeat]
I see no changes. All I see is racist
faces.
Misplaced hate makes disgrace to races
we under.
I wonder what it takes to make this one
better place...
let's erase the wasted.
Take the evil out the people, they'll be
acting right.
'Cause both black and white are smokin'
crack tonight.
And only time we chill is when we kill
each other.
It takes skill to be real, time to heal each
other.
And although it seems heaven sent,
we ain't ready to see a black President,
uhh.
It ain't a secret don't conceal the fact...
the penitentiary's packed, and it's filled
with blacks.
But some things will never change.
Try to show another way, but they
stayin'
in the dope game.
Now tell me what's a mother to do?
Bein' real don't appeal to the brother in
you.
You gotta operate the easy way.
"I made a G today" But you made it in a
sleazy way.
Sellin' crack to the kids. "I gotta get
paid,"
Well hey, well that's the way it is.
[Bridge]
[Talking:]
We gotta make a change...
It's time for us as a people to start
makin'
some changes.
Let's change the way we eat, let's
change
the way we live
and let's change the way we treat each
other.
You see the old way wasn't working so
it's
on us to do
what we gotta do, to survive.
And still I see no changes. Can't a
brother
get a little peace?
There's war on the streets and the war
in
the Middle East.
Instead of war on poverty,
they got a war on drugs so the police
can
bother me.
And I ain't never did a crime I ain't have
to do.
But now I'm back with the facts givin'
'em
back to you.
Don't let 'em jack you up, back you up,
crack you up and love-vendor smack you up.
You gotta learn to hold ya own.
They get jealous when they see ya with
ya mobile phone.
But tell the cops they can't touch this.
I don't trust this, when they try to rush I
bust this.
That's the sound of my tool. You say it
ain't cool, but mama didn't raise no
fool.
And as long as I stay black, I gotta stay
strapped and I never get to lay back.
'Cause I always got to worry 'bout the
payback.
Some buck that I roughed up way
back...
comin' back after all these years.
Rat-a-tat-tat-tat-tat. That's the way it
is.
uhh

With the above lyrics i say the Immortal Pac lives on. My Best Line to this rap is
"I got love for my brother..! but we can
never go nowhere unless we share with
each other.!
We gotta start makin' changes.!
Learn to see me as a brother 'stead of 2 distant strangers."

What's yours.....?

"Mertesacker is the Vertebral Column, the one that stands tall at the back;Koscielny is the Neck, the flexible one; Szczesny, the Hands; Sagna, the Right Shoulder; Gibbs, the Left Shoulder; Santi is the Brain, thinks faster than others; Özil is the Eye, that sees everything; Ramsey is the Heart, beats in the middle; Wilshere is the Lungs, the power engine; Arteta is the Ribs, who holds them all together; Theo is the Legs, the fastest ones; Rozza is the Vein, transfers everything silently; Flamini is the Abs, the strength in the middle; Giroud is the Stomach, you feed it and it provides the necessary energy; And now finally, Emirates is the Blood, as both are red, and Wenger is THE SOUL. PoliticsPolitical Zoning: Symbol Of Unity Or Disparity? by floma07(op): 2:19pm On Oct 30, 2013
The unity of this great nation can be traced back to 1914, when a certain Lord Fredrick Lugard sanction the unification of the then Northern and Southern provinces into a single entity called Federal Republic of Nigeria.
However, Nigeria is said to be currently united and i personally hope for many years to come. But the fact remain that, the fundamental unity of this nation had been undermined by several factors such as; tribalism, religious bigotry, favouritism, bad governance, issues of revenue allocation formula among others.
In awareness to these, Government and Stakeholders are trying to curb these social menace via public awareness, enlightenment, campaigns, religious and youth forums. Even with these many are still not happy and all effort seems to prove abortive. Then it came the Almighty Master Plan (Zoning) from one political party; a key to bridging the gap between the majority and the minority, promote equal representation, better governance and connote unity. However, to Dr. Dele Cole (August 1, 2010) who said "It would be facile to assume that zoning would solve all the problems of the minorities. It won't. Good governance, transparency, strict accountability, fair play, equal and level playing grounds are all necessary conjuncts to a better Nigeria". But, the question is, do zoning serves as a symbol of unity and eliminate all forms of discrimination or gives room for regional disparity in the quest for national development?.....

Poems For ReviewGet Inspired: Stay Glue To The Rules by floma07(op):
An open letter to my Nigerian Youth...!

It is true that there's less love in the street...!

And It's 21st century, you have to be on your
feet.!

Walk, run and keep running like a madman
but, don't get bothered by your sweat..!

Get moved by your challenge and draw inspirations from it..!

Your challenges aren't obstacles but, a
driving force to stardom..!

In a capitalist society like ours which is becoming
increasingly individualistic and specialised kingdom..!

Nobody is ready to help, everybody is for
himself/herself in this jungle..!

Sound business opportunities are hardly to come by; ones that are viable without a trouble...!

And when you finally identify one. The rich and the influential
members of the society might frustrate your struggle...!

So what next? You asked yourself. Your targets are becoming blur and you're forced and pushed to the last angle..!

Confusion all over you, and you, and you, like it's all about you...!

You worked hard but, by nature, made some mistakes here and there yet the society judge you...!

Please, don't let it hold you back. Keep on
moving till you reach your final destination.
And always remember "Rules Are Thin
Lines Between Life And Death". Formulate and Stay Glue to your principles and i assure you, that the sky is not your limit
but, a starting point to fulfillment....

Bless You.... F07
