Let me just say he doesn't have a name coz fraudsters don't. This is how he operates. He goes on free marketing websites to say he sells this or that.He puts up his fone number and you can be sure he will answer your call. He gives you the picture he has supervisors. Lets just say he is a good con man. He will ask you to show commitment by making a payment coz thats there company policy. He might say something like"the reason for the commitment is coz we have made so many deliveries to clients in past with clients coming wif reasons why they couldn't buy the said product again. This results into a loss for the company" The fact that he doesn't make compulsory,the initial deposit will make you wanna fall for it.
