As a man or a boss, it’s better to be formal and casual with zero affection and not trying to impress any woman by acting like a gentleman in your workplace. As a boss always act cold show confidence when dealing with any lady working for you, never compliment their efforts and never tip them for doing their job, don’t engage in any conversation with any of them privately.
