I’m looking for a skilled cinematic editor to create beautiful, emotional keepsake films from raw video messages.
This is not basic clip assembly. I need someone who can take a collection of short, unpolished video messages from family and friends and turn them into a meaningful, heartfelt short film that feels premium and memorable.
You should have a strong sense of story, emotional pacing, music selection, and sound design. The work involves reviewing raw footage, identifying the strongest emotional moments, removing weak or redundant takes, cleaning up audio and visual issues, building a natural narrative flow, adding tasteful captions/titles, and delivering a polished film that feels personal and cinematic.
What I’m looking for:
Excellent storytelling judgment and emotional sensitivity
Strong audio cleanup and mixing skills
Thoughtful music selection and pacing
Clean color correction and attention to visual quality
Experience shaping disparate clips into a cohesive, moving story
Previous work in tribute films, wedding films, documentaries, or other emotionally driven projects
To apply, send examples of your work that demonstrate storytelling and emotional depth (not just highlight reels or fast cuts) to hello@gatheredlove.com

Interested candidates can apply to win one of two scholarships for the Foresight Bl Power BI + SQL Bootcamp.
