HealthAlways Bloated, Constipated Or Having Stomach Issues? Read This (nigerians) by Flyboypresh10(op): 4:53pm On Apr 28
Let’s be honest… a lot of us in Nigeria ignore stomach issues until it becomes serious.
You’ll hear things like:
“Na normal thing”
“It will go”
“Maybe na the food I ate”
But if you’re always feeling bloated, struggling to use the toilet, or your stomach just feels uncomfortable most of the time, that’s not normal.
In most cases, it’s our daily habits causing it.
First thing is what we eat. Many of us eat plenty of swallow, rice, bread, but very little vegetables and fruits. Your body needs fibre to digest food properly. Without it, things start slowing down inside your system.
Then there’s water. This one is simple but very important. If you’re not drinking enough water, digestion becomes harder and constipation will show up.
Another thing people don’t talk about is stress. Nigeria is stressful already — work, money, movement, everything. That stress actually affects your stomach more than you think. It can cause indigestion and irregular bowel movements.
Also, too much processed food and sugar is now common. These things affect the “good bacteria” in your gut, and once that balance is off, problems start.
The good part is — you don’t need expensive drugs to fix most of this.

Simple changes like:

eating more natural foods

drinking enough water

reducing stress

moving your body more

…can make a big difference.
If your body has been giving you signs, don’t ignore it.
