If card was issued by a local bank in Nigeria, you can fund in thru the bank. I ve a Zenith visa card and i fund it thru a special Zenith bank account.

I uses Zenith Visa card and shop with it online, but only from site that ships to Nigeria. Can also withdraw from any ATM in Nigeria and abroad, cos i used it in Cotonou.
