About NairaDocs
NairaDocs is a platform built for Nigerian real estate agents, landlords, and property managers to generate professional legal and administrative documents online — replacing paper forms with something simple enough to use entirely from a phone.

About the Role
We're recruiting one State Partner in each state across Nigeria to lead grassroots growth of NairaDocs in their region. As a State Partner, you'll get your own personal referral link and be responsible for introducing real estate agents in your state to the platform. This is a commission-only role — there is no base salary. You earn a commission on every paid subscription that signs up through your referral link.

This role is ideal for someone already active and respected in real estate circles — especially agents, agency owners, or content creators with a real estate audience on social media — who wants to turn their existing network and influence into ongoing income.

What You'll Do
- Recruit real estate agents and agency owners in your state to sign up and use NairaDocs
- Share your personal referral link across your network, WhatsApp groups, and social media
- Educate agents on how NairaDocs saves them time on document generation
- Represent NairaDocs professionally in your local real estate community
- Provide occasional feedback to our team on what agents in your state need

Compensation
- This is a[b] commission-only[/b] role — there is no fixed salary or retainer
- You earn a percentage commission on every paid (Pro) subscription that signs up using your referral link
- Commission is paid out for a set number of months per referred subscriber
- Full commission terms are shared once your application is approved

Who We're Looking For
- Based in the state you're applying to represent
- Real estate agent, agency owner, property developer, or someone with strong ties to the local real estate community
- Active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or WhatsApp) with a genuine, engaged following — not just follower count
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, without supervision
- Already has (or is willing to create) a NairaDocs account with an agency profile set up
