@OP Many ppl came to Nairaland for different reasons. Some came here to update themselves in latest trending news and view comments from posters. If you pick Hungary as one of the countries of interest for the scholarship you're directed to make an application on that portal, but check the spelling cos it should be stipendium hungaricum.

- Click on "application platform" somewhere in the body of the page,
- then on the left pane of the loaded page, click "become and applicant"

Proceed accordingly.
