On a serious note, I don't really understand the government's goal if it is not to solve societal problems, why are we now having more complicated issues in Nigeria? If i may ask, what have we achieved with the removed subsidy funds? How many factories have been built within the past 3 years? How many new industries have been supported to engage the graduates for value creations? And many more reasonable questions to ask WRT the current Socio-Economic realities in Nigeria... At this point, we need to get spiritual and pray to God to make things right, because the human efforts have failed us...

This change can only start from the top to trickle down for any meaningful impact or change to be really felt. Those I'm not trying to absolve the common folks of blame as well, they are just as terrible. The only problem is that they lack the influence to really effect the needed change so they are helpless and stuck.

But some folks arguing with me think otherwise, insulting me. Saying the leaders emerged from the same people, heaping the blame surely on the common folks.

Deo Volente, let's hope things get better, the foundation of fixing this alarming decline of the Nigerian educational system is to have a functional leadership system that cares to do the right thing, even in 'Good Faith'. We need a practical approach to education, not the current theoretical models, something like, what have we created for local and foreign patronages, or even national industrialization that could have fostered job creations for these graduates ?

Evidently, an average Nigerian is scared to ask the government for his or her right?

On a serious note, Teachers, Researchers, and Academic Experts need to be highly paid like every other professionals (e.g., musicians, footballers, Movie Actors, and even politicians), and we will surely save ourselves from such attached national embarrassment. With the current reward systems that was structured for the Nigerian educators, we might not have any graduate to take up such subsequent academic roles if we don't act fast to fix this serious issue.

Some of these Scholars should be remunerated with wages, or even daily or hourly rewards in order to help them think better on how to practically create societal values. To be factual, interview an average Teacher to know how he or she feels about his or her job, some are not doing it happily, but managing it for sustenance.

Practically, via a questionnaire or interview; ask if any Gen-Z student will like to be a Teacher in the future? Get their responses, and ask them why?

In due season, Nigeria shall be great again, and our educational glory shall be fully restored. Celebrating Nigeria at 66 with a reference to some Developmental Blueprints.

October 2016 (10 years ago) was landmarked with the launching of my first Book, titled; "Empowering Youths with 30+ Lucrative ICT Ideas: The Global Curb to underemployment and unemployment", it was constituted by 30 Chapters (with more than 300 pages), supported with an e-Learning Forum to facilitate readers' further reading and practical engagements, and even etc. Today, some of the ideas in that Pediak Book have metamorphosed into Artificial Intelligence Solutions for the #4iR engagements, e.g., the HoreenX was an exemplary Chapter of e-DJing (e-Disc Jockey), AI Web Templates Development which is now the GreciaGPT Open Source AI 2.0 Hybrid Software, and many other new ICT Solutions which are still relevant today.

That Friday morning, the BishopRobot went early to the office to write some PHP codes in order successfully launch his HoreenX #AiDJ2, suddenly around 9AM while alone in the office (busy building the Bezaleel WAAAXP Album), 5 men (3 Police Officers and 2 Security Officers) twice-stormed His office (even with an AK-47), interrogating, intimidating, and questioning him why His properties got missing twice, afterwards, soft-arrested and walked him into His Room (Hostel Barrack) to search his bag. Whaoo!!! He couldn't have asked of their warrant of search because they are armed, and probably the situation might turn violent, he cooperated, even as a victim, his bag was first searched and then the bag of the South Driver was later searched. They again came in the afternoon to search the North Driver's bag, and Nothing was found. The leading police officer asked the #BishopRobot; "do you want this matter to end here or do you want us to further report the issue to the Big Boss?", The BishopRobot replied, we have more important tasks to do in this office, this is a minor thing, let's just forget about the stolen properties. That Friday, the matter was settled, and the BishopRobot afterwards successfully released the #AiDJ2 (even after several traumatic and intimidating experiences as the victim of the serial theft). What a pitiable situation of the Nigerian helpless boy.

It is now Monday morning, 21/09/26, we have all forgotten about the past, then, suddenly, the 2 drivers (north and south) came with provocations again; the North driver as usual again requesting for us to swear with a #BlackBishop in order to know who is who?, then, this time around; the BishopRobot had to call on God, and afterwards, said, since you've persistently requested us to swear with your #BlackBishop, you will also swear with my own BlackBishop (that's seems like a recorded audio data which can always be queried for the truth and evidence).

It is now Thursday, 24/09/26, things are already moving on fine, and the BishopRobot has already forgotten about his stolen values, suddenly, the BishopRobot was called and summoned by the 2 Witnesses (North Driver and South Driver) before the Woman Judge (Senior Lawyer) who is also the Organizational Second Commander;

Hours later, I again went to meet with the Woman Judge; "I've not done anything to deserve all what you wrote against me in that termination letter, truthfully, you know that I'm the victim of the serial theft herein, whereas, you have turned me to the accused."

She replied; "You will not be paid your salary if you don't sign that letter of termination".

I responded; "I am ready to let go the Salary if that's the case, but I don't deserve all these implications and fabricated allegations written against me".
I also called on my people to get them aware of the situation, I directed not to sign it for so many reasons.
