Simple!

What you don't know is the psychological trauma you go through knowing someone of same role and level earns more than you. That shit kills morale except if you haven't been in that shoe before. Wish all those that got the offer well and I wish u growth. To those they weren't call, move on with life, more opportunities abound for us all. To those that rejected the offer don't regret it, you probably made the best decision, something better will pull through.

There's no 3 months intense training, it's 6 weeks. Which is fair enough atleast that was what Manuel the guy that interviewed me told me. From online read they just increase their pay often so remove your mind from the after probation thing except it's in the contract you're being offered.

On resumption, it will be 3 months intensive training.
After probation, people that did extremely well will be promoted.
For once, take ur eyes off the pay and focus on the goodies to come.
If you aren't satisfy afterwards, you can move on... no one say you will work with tek experts for life.

The salary offered to me was on the high side though. The guy just said it straight up.. no negotiation on the amount.
What I was offered may be much, it still doesn't change the fact that there should not be differences in salary structure for same role and work.
To those that got less, a better offer will come. Tek expert is not the final career of everyone.

The fact that I was called up out of the lot means a lot to me. That I rejected the offer also means alot to me.

My point exactly, we are all going in for the same role, at the same level because we are all going to undergo the same training and we will all still be under probation for 6 months. Why not attach a salary structure to the position, how do you want me to feel doing the same job with someone of the same level and earning less.

I was glad I rejected the offer. Atleast they called me.

I was called this evening, was offered a role of Tech Support Engineer. I rejected the offer because of the salary. I was offered 130k which is less than what I earn in a month. If offered a role please don't go ahead and accept without weighing your options. Some of us saw TekExpert as an avenue to get better roles and pay but then its like the structure no too plum.

Don't get carried away with the many promises. Weigh your options

Clean up and get back to your livelihood. If you are not going to clean up, you can as well forget about the market. Should Lagos state government clean the place up, the market is gone bye bye.

how do u clean up when the place is locked up
