A judge in LA yesterday revoked Chris Brown's probation after the L.A County District Attorney filed legal documents asking the judge to revoke it and immediately remand Chris Brown into custody, according to a report by TMZ. The D.A asked for the revocation based on charges being filed against Brown in connection with a hit-and-run in May but fortunately for Chris Brown, even though his probation was revoked, he wasn't taken into custody, which is sometimes the case.
TMZ reports:
The judge just revoked Chris Brown's probation in the Rihanna beating case, but the singer will remain a free man... for now.
Brown showed up at court today to fight the L.A. County D.A.'s motion to revoke his probation in the wake of hit-and-run charges stemming from a car accident but the judge granted the motion anyway, paving the way for a probation violation hearing in August.
If the judge determines Chris violated his probation, the singer could be sentenced to 4 years in prison. In the meantime, Brown has been released on his own
recognizance.

As you all knw i was sick sum few days back,i couldn't post well.Thank God I'm now okay.i went to my hospital yesterday to take my last injection,i saw a man having a problem with low sperm count.So i decided to post the cause,the prevention and the solution here....
To be candid,Young men who are not yet thinking of raising a family sometimes take things too far. They engage in some risky behaviours that not only jeopardise their health but the health of their spermalso.
This is not to say it’s only young men that unwittingly toy with their sperm’s health. Adult men do too by making unhealthy and unwise life choices that may make it difficult or sometimes, impossible to impregnate a woman.
Generally,sperm health depends on three major factors — the quantity, quality and motility (movement).A man is deemed fertile if the quantity of semen he discharges in a single ejaculation is more than 15 million sperm per milliliter.
But how can a man mess up hissperm’s health?
In no particular order, one of the problems has to do with the temperature that the male sex organ is exposed to. Have you noticed the dressing style among the youth? It has become the norm for young men to wear multiple underwears.
Raising scrotal temperature may reduce sperm production.The testicles hang outside of the body because optimal sperm production requires a temperature that is one to two degrees centigrade below the core temperature of 37°C....Back in the days too,i could remember when i still love wearing something tight,i fancy it so much that make all girls tripp for me.winks.I'm not saying i have a low sperm count ooo because i know some people,them go cast me be that.Let's get sewious now.
Certain occupational risks also affect sperm health,like seriuosly working in hot environments, such as a bakery or a foundry or sitting for long periods has been linked to raised testicle temperature.
“This may affect sperm’s ability to mature, leading to poorer sperm quality and a temporary drop in sperm production.If you have a job that involves sitting for long periods,have regular rest breaks and get up and move around,”
More so, placing the laptop on the laps while working has its downside for men.
Researchers at the State University of New York at Stony Brook says,“There is a direct correlation between laptop use and increased scrotum temperature by up to 35˚C in certain positions.” They therefore counsel laptop users to let it sit on the table when being used.
Men who love tight undies are also advised to take it easy on their organs. Scientists say, “The more constricted a man’s pants are, the less hospitable an environment he creates for sperm production.”
Body weight also affects sperm health.
while maintaining a healthy weight helps to keep the sperm in good condition, being overweight may lower sperm quality and quantity.
In addition, a 2009 study by the World Health Organisation notes that, compared to normal and overweight men, obese fertile men have reduced testicular function and significantly lower sperm counts.
And if you love the bottle, experts say heavy drinking can be harmful to sperm. A research concludes that men who drink heavily on a regular basis have lower sperm counts and testosterone levels.
Worse still, experts says, those who use ‘recreational’ drugs such as heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, Indian hemp, etc., risk sperm damage; as these drugs can lower sperm quality and, in effect, reduce fertility.
As for young men who sit for hours watching TV, there’s the need to wise up.
In a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, researchers at Harvard School of Public Health warn that healthy young men who were sedentary, as measured by hours of TV viewing, had lower sperm counts than those who were the most physically active.
Senior author of the study/assistant professor of nutrition and epidemiology at HSPH, Dr. Jorge Chavarro, says “men who watched more than 20 hours of TV weekly had a 44 per cent lower sperm count than those who watched almost no TV.

“It was a crazy wake-up feeling yesterday July 9th. I practically didn't want to get out of bed cause I was so sick with the Flu. I had just flown back from Abuja the night before and it seemed perhaps, the only thing I got back from Abuja was the damn flu! I didn't even buy my favorite snacktime crunch, Kilishi - which I am still mad about by the way.
My head was hurting like hell, my throat was so sore I could barely swallow a thing. Santiago, my good friend was over at my apartment to pick me up for the day. Seeing my condition he asked that I stayed home and rest the day out.
"Hell no!" Trust me to have said that. "I just got back from Abuja," I said to him.."Four days straight, lounging. I have work to do, I have deadlines.." I said in a bid to fight the urge to stay home. Isn't that what I say all the time? 'Noooooo! No rest. I have work to do, work to do..' Oh dear!
One hour passed and it began to feel like I got better with a shower. I was even able to sit up and put some makeup on, cover those unsightly blemishes that appeared even more face-wrenching in my sick condition.
I got dressed and told Santiago I could drive myself to the studio. He didn't think I should, but I did anyways.
You know, I was already halfway across town to Sossick's when I realized this was a wrong decision and I really shouldhave stayed home. But I forged ahead, my pretty little head hammering away with headaches, my temperature rising out of control.
Studio session was great! And it lasted a lifetime. We didn't get the perfect work inspiration until 9pm and it was worth it as always. But then that meant I was going to leave the studio late and drive all the way back home at a crazy hour of the night. At this time, my headaches had doubled up on hammer speed and my eyes were shooting fireworks through my contact lenses.
I hadn't had a thing to eat all day except the cereal Santiagohad forced down my throat in the morning, and a roll of galathat I couldn't fight off the temptation of eating. I love my gala.
But I didn't care about the headaches or the hunger at this point. 10:45pm.
All that pain was overshadowed by the amazing sound of the new music Sossick had just produced richoretting through the speakers. It wasn't a waste of time afterall! Yaaaayyy!
Time to drive home.

I had driven a long-little distance away from the studio whenI realized I must have forgotten my ATM card in the studio. 3bank accounts, only one ATM card all in the name of "Eva, thou-shall-not-overspend"- I couldn't imagine the thought ofnot having any ATM card at all. So I drove back, picked it up and head on again.
Could this have been the 8mins that saved me from something more life threatening?
Over time, I have gotten myself accustomed to driving at night, at the wrong hours, by myself. Did that automatically make me feel safe, or make it feel right? No. Not in this lifetime. So here I was, cursing under my breath through theseemingly unending traffic at 11:15pm along Okota-Cele roads, my head caving in with each bang of pain, my body shivering through several bursts of heat from my blood. I feltsuper sick! This was Flu + Fever + whatever else made me feel like shit!

A woman (names withheld) gave birth to a strange looking child on Monday at the General hospital Kagarko, Kagarko local government, after several hours of labour.
Reportssay the woman, an indigene of SabonIceh village, gave birth to a baby that looked more like a monkey with unusual ears and feet.
One of the nurses who attended to the woman said, “The pregnant woman was rushed to the hospital at about 7:30 am, Monday. And we immediately took her into the labour room.”
“The woman came in through the out-patient department (OPD) after seeing the doctor on call and I decided to ruptureher because the cervix was fully dilated. After I ruptured her, fluid measuring about 26 litres gushed out after which she started bleeding. All this time, the baby was still in the womb.”
“When the bleeding persisted, I sent for the medical director and when she came, we went into the theatre to operate on the woman. In the process, the baby started coming out withthe legs. So, the medical director asked me to stop and allow her to deliver the baby by herself.
Speaking further, the nurse said, “She delivered the baby breech and when it came out, we discovered that it was an abnormal baby. It was half human and half animal. We lost the baby shortly after delivery.
The nurse who spoke on condition of anonymity said the baby weighed four kilograms adding that the mother of the baby is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.
“She lost a lot of blood so we have to give her blood,” she said.

Veteran Yoruba actress, Ronke Alausa, has joined the league of brand Ambassadors in Nigeria.
DailyPost gathered that the soft-spoken actress has picked up a N10 million cheque tobecome an Ambassador on the stable of Telecommunications Company, Etisalat.
Confirming the development to The Eagle Online, Alausa said, “It is true that I signed a year deal with Etisalat Nigeria as one of their brand Ambassadors.

Nigeria international Christian Obodo, who was reported to be missing by Dinamo Minsk, was found hale and hearty in Udine, Italy on Tuesday.
This past weekend, the Director General of Dinamo Minsk, Sergei Pavlyukovich interviewed bygoals.bydeclared Obodo missing.
It is not the first time that law enforcements agents have gone searching for the central midfielder.
While vacationing in Warri, Nigeria last summer,Obodo was kidnapped by gunmenwho later contacted his family and asked for a ransom. He was later rescued by police.
In this latest incident, the former Udinese ace was found by apolice patrol in Udine, Italy, which is a distance of approximately 1,500 kilometers from Minsk.
The police found Obodo in a car with two Romanian girls and a male friend, who was arrested for being inpossession of 52 grams of marijuana.
Meanwhile, Christian Obodo’s agent, Salaroli Sebastian has labelled him a difficult character, often finding himself in conflict situations with his previous employers.
