The site comes on and goes off at anytime. Its just luck and persistence. I've been trying it since the day I saw the advert all to no avail but finally It opened today at abt 2:30PM. The application portal is like snepco's for those who understand.

This is not the step giving issues.... I've registered and gotten the confirmation email for my account....... The error message always pops up when I try submitting the uploaded documents or sometimes while I'm trying to login
