It's my other uncle that I want to use his statement of account and he's not in Nigeria too. Please, I want to ask if it's safe for me to go ahead, I mean won't the school receipt shows the name of the person that paid? Cos I don't want them to see that the person that paid for my first semester tuition fee is different from the sponsor I'm using for my visa application. They're not concerned about who paid deposit. So far deposit was paid. All you need to attach is tuition deposit receipt from your school. The school receipt will not say so and so person paid. The only thing it will show is that so and so amount has been paid for so and so student.

Okay Good. Request for MBS(mybankstatement) from her bank.
Secondly, request for sole signatory letter from the bank. This is a letter confirming she's the owner of the account.

Send both documents to IRCC. You should be fine.

Who is your sponsor? Your Mother? Is she the owner of the Tosban Company? Or Tosban is your employer?

I submitted my application last year august 2021 and didn’t hear from IRCC till July but it was a PFL…

And No the statement of account wasn’t fraudulent because I know that’s where everyone on here would raise eyebrows too..

Rather I did everything I saw and the site and knew I was meant to do..

If you are 100% sure the Proof of funds wasn't forged, request mybankstatement MBS from your Bank. And submit the Ticket ID page to IRCC. Act fast on this before it becomes a ban.

Sorry for the refusal but this is the little research I did on your sponsor company and it is imactive and you know embassy run all this check and when they see inactive. It automatically a red flag.

Not true. Some here have gotten PPR with cac inactive. You can't get Pfl because of inactive status on CAC site. Many of us know how outdated most of these Nigerian sites are.

Maybe for Uk not for Canada.
Uk looks at balance. Canada looks at history.
IRCC will detect it easily.

If that's the case, you can explain the gifts in your SOP. Attach dates and pictures of your marriage. Possibly stating when the funds were sent and date you got married.
You can go the extra mile by even circling the dates the donations occured on your bank statements and further explaing them in your SOP.

Please, I want to add the amount that was given to me on my wedding day in my SOP. I also want to include the name of the person and relationship with the person in the same SOP. I will also add gift deed documents.

My question is, is it advisable to add all these information on the SOP or just write that I was given a monetary gift on my wedding day and provide the deed gift document?

May be difficult to explain such gift in SOP if the money is huge, best use the money and pay some part of your tuition fees.

I’ve been worried sick.

I applied on the 13th of June.

My issue is I felt GIC of $10,0000 was enough as proof of funds so I only added my saving account statement with closing balance of just N2.2mil.

Survey plan of landed property in my name as home ties.

My employment letter as well as pay slips.

My full tuition for the 1 year duration of my program has been paid.

Will this suffice or should I send my business account statement as web form. I have extra funds in there.

Please any input would be appreciated.

Send everything. No use keeping it.
But if you're sending a business account statement, you need to add sole signatory letter.
It's a letter from the bank confirming you're the sole signatory to the business account and funds in it are available to you.

You can also add the cac certificate and that cac page that shows details of proprietor.

Worse comes to worse and theres no decision before September, you simply defer and send your new LOA to IRCC.

At the stage of capturing you start hearing different stories so they can extort you. A lot of people paid as much as 15k, still no way forward. Unlike before that it goes for 5k and you get it within 30 minutes, now you can pay as much as 45k and you don't even get it same day. Two people told me they have been coming for three days, the had progress after bribing the police officials there.

I think you paid 5m into an account whose maximum inflow and outflow was 50k which translates to lump sum, suggesting the funds were borrowed. May not be exact but just a scenario.
Secondly it's either you're going for a program which does not relate to what you studied as an undergraduate or probably you're going for a diploma after getting Bsc.
Thirdly, your Statement of purpose aka letter of motivation was poorly written.

Pay 1 Year tuition, then attach mutual funds letter. Explain how you liquidated the mutual funds in your SOP/LOE.
I stand to be corrected but I believe when you liquidate mutual funds, there should be a letter from them stating that either via email or other channels. You can add that to your application.
Date mutual funds was liquidated. Date it was deposited in the savings account. You can circle that part in the statement of your account, explain more about it.

You can file for Upkeep from CBN once you arrive sha but that one na another long thing.
