please can anyone help with this question.

can someone get a good score of up to 460 without having any of these:

1. a family member currently living in Canada with a resident permit;
2. a Canadian degree
3. job offer from an employer in Canada.

My wife IELTS Result is out with score of L 7.5, W 6.0, R 7.0 , S 7.0. She has over 5 years of work experience, hold a bachelors degree, less than 30 years old, a Nurse,we have a relative in canada. Please whats her hope in applying for federal skilled programe. secondly should she go ahead to create a profile with that score or it would be preferable i write IELTS too . Advise please noble ones in the house

Does anyone know about AFRIKA KOMMT, and are there any other similar programs available to Nigerians?

I just stumbled upon their advert for 2018-2020 intake which has already ended.

So I am wondering if there are other programs like that, I may need to know about too
