You guys are getting it all wrong. They have note 6 pro and 6 pro there both different also the the note 6 pro has about 3 version which some of them have band 28

It means your mobile network SIM is unable to send set up configuration to the phone. You k Ow like those GPRS OTA configurations of those days something here too. Try update your phone to the latest rom and or ti kernel around with the mobile settings to resolve it. It might be a permission issue.

This issue arises when Xiaomi wants to activate your sim card for a fee of 50 naira. So that u would be able to send free sms to other Xiaomi users

Am certain modems can't work on phones generally.

Modems do work on phone via otg with an app called ppp widget. Have used it so can testify

Between hauwei and xiaomi and gionee which is a better buy.
my budget is 70k but can press to make it 80k. I'm looking for a sleek look, fast processor n good battery life and camera quality. Wanted a used iPhone 7 but e too cost.
Understand snapdragon is the best.

If u want to root your phone don't go for Huawei and Nokia

Pocophone is about $350 -$390 dollars which equals 100k and above

The very affordable ones don't support one of the most reliable 4G Network Band in Africa (Band 28 - Glo 4G) just yet..

That's because band 28 is rare. Just search for it and u would see countries with various provides that supports it
