TELEGRAM - The death toll of Abia pipeline explosion has
reportedly risen to 150 - A monarch revealed how security operatives
were collecting N1000 bribe from people to
allow them scoop oil before the explosion The chairman of Osisioma local government
traditional rulers council, Eze Ikechukwu
Chiavoghilefu, has confirmed that about 150 person
died from the Friday, October 12 pipeline explosion in
the area. The monarch said most of the victims who were
rescued from the explosion died at the hospital,
Vanguard reports. He said: "About 70 persons were packed to the
health clinic near my palace on the first day it
happened. All of them are now dead. Up to 150 have
so far died.” Another monarch from the area, Eze Godswill
Mgbarime of Umueze accused security operatives of
causing the disaster, as they were collecting the sum
of N1000 from the villagers that came to scoop fuel,
instead of preventing them from entering the site. He said: “When the leakage occurred, some security
men arrived the place and, instead of doing their job,
they were collecting N1,000 from each person that
came to scoop fuel there." PAY ATTENTION: Read the news on Nigeria’s #1 news app NAIJ.com earlier reported that the Abia command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) confirmed the death of 19 persons, following

And who will conduct the integrity test ?
The same useless APC and their government induced agencies?

Buhari who is still ass licking late abacha despite looting Nigeria dry is that one free from kwaruption.

APC should focus on how to explain to Nigerians why they cannot make a dollar equal #1 and why they cannot make the average income earners wage equal the rising inflations and prices of goods and commodities.

Nigerians have passed a vote of confidence on atiku back to daura na em sure pass.

Corruption, Integrity Test By Donatus Anichukwueze - October 12, 2018 The former vice-president is the candidate of the
opposition PDP for the 2019 general election The All Progress Congress (APC) is demanding
that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) allow its
candidates to be put through the corruption and
integrity test. The APC stated this in a statement by its publicity
secretary, Yekini Nabena, on Thursday. Advertise With Us The party was reacting to a statement by
spokesperson of the PDP, Kola Ologbondiyan, in
which he accused the APC-led administration of
“deliberate efforts to impugn on the character”
of the PDP presidential candidate, Atiku
Abubakar. “The PDP cannot be simplistic and attempt to
wish away the issue of the integrity of candidates
seeking elections into positions at all levels,
particularly as 2019 approaches,” Mr Nabena
said. “We reiterate our position that the Nigerian
electorate must have that opportunity to choose
from candidates that can pass the integrity and
anti-corruption test. “The character of office holders we elect into
public offices is important as our very progress
and development as a country depends on it. “When the choice is to be made, the electorate
have the option of a proven and decent
presidential candidate who is putting the people
first and on the other hand a racketeer who will
readily mortgage the country’s commonwealth
to personal coffers and cronies.” APC said the opinion of the PDP that its comment
was a deliberate attack on the character of
Abubakar, is laughable. According to the APC, the spokesperson of PDP

Atiku in 2019 presidential election Updated: 37 minutes ago Author: Kess Ewubare Views: 4521 Category: Politics FACEBOOK EMAIL TWITTER WHATSAPP FACEBOOK MESSENGER TELEGRAM - The Peoples Democratic Movement had
picked Pastor Aminchi to contest 2019
election with Buhari and Atiku - The party picked Aminchi at its 2018 elective
convention which ended in Abuja, Sunday
night, October 7, - The pastor while accepting the nomination
promised to restructure the security
architecture of the country, fight insurgency
and ensure total defeat of Boko Haram if
elected president The Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) has picked
Pastor Habu Aminchi as its candidate for the 2019
presidential election. The party at its 2018 elective convention which
ended in Abuja, Sunday night, October 7, affirmed
Aminchi’s candidature through a unanimous voice
vote of delegates from the 36 states of the country
and the FCT. Chairman of PDM Chief Francis Igwebuike said the
National Executive Council (NEC) and the National
Working Committee (NWC) of the party would
continue to uphold the ingenuity of its founding
father, late Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, The News
Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports. READ ALSO: We'll impeach Saraki when NASS reopens - Senate leader vows Igwebuike noted that it was the first time PDM as a
party was presenting a presidential candidate and
that it would mobilise to dislodge the President
Muhammadu Buhari’s All Progressive Congress
(APC) in the 2019 general election. “As I am talking to you today, we have
governorship candidates after successful primaries in
states of the federation; we believe in actualities and
the actuality is that PDM has come to stay. “Nobody will destroy the legacy of Yar’Adua
because his disciples will uproot and throw traitors
away. “Most of the people emerging from primary election
of different political parties today are bye products of
PDM, we are very proud because we are the mother
of all political parties in Nigeria,” Igwebuike said. In his acceptance speech, Pastor Aminchi assured to
restructure the security architecture of the country,
fight insurgency and ensure total defeat of Boko
Haram. READ ALSO: Minimum wage: We will soon make workers, Nigerians smile - FG He explained that a 10-point agenda which include
revitalising the economy, standard education system,
security, agriculture and quality healthcare, would be
his major focus if elected Nigeria’s president in
2019. The PDM presidential candidate also promised to
restore the dignity of Nigerian workers through
enhanced and prompt payment of salaries. According to Aminchi, the party will pick a female
vice president to encourage women’s participation
in politics. “Our slogan is ‘New Nigeria, hope for all’, and I
have decided to take the bull by the horn and rise to
the challenge to save this country from those whose
only desire is to make mockery of it. “We want a country that will be a paradise for all; a
country that will be a pride of Africa and for our
unborn children. “Our children deserve quality life; President
Muhammadu Buhari and Atiku Abubakar are human
beings like me, but with God, I am going to dislodge
them. “We are going to revive democracy if elected
because rigging which has killed democracy in
Nigeria will be no more. “By the grace of God, there will be nothing like
rigging in the 2019 general election because God will
mount his angels at the polling units; Nigerians will be
shock with what will happen,” Aminchi said. He regretted that the economy of Ghana and some
other African countries were now doing better than
Nigeria, which was adjudged the best economy in
Africa few years ago. PAY ATTENTION : Read the news on Nigeria’s #1 news app The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the
