I don't know about HND and pgde because I applied with degree, but you can still apply with it, they have both polytechnic and university.

Oduduwa nation will be another failed state like somalia, afghanistan, and southsudan. There problem and complications are more religious than political. The yorubaLand, for example, have majority christians and minority moslems in south (Lagos, Ondo, Ekiti) while in the northern yorubaland of kwara, ibadan and osun, extremist muslim.....

it's simple bro, visit the university site and see the admission requirements, gets the documents ready and apply. I think next application period will be January 2023.

not all, they have courses taught in english! Although they will still subject you to portuguese Language class.
