Your Jamb score helps to boost ur postume aggregate after the school's division n calculation thereby making u eligible for admission. Don't forget dat without making ur jamb, no school will invite u for postume. Some schools do not place much emphasis on postume like uniabuja and others. Some schools high jamb helps ur poor postutme result to meet up with admission cutoff. Schools like Delsu, Uniben etc

Those are far from Abuja, you can check yours by accessing "www.jamb.org.ng" then click on "check admission status" enter your registration number and wait for your reply. If it says no admission offered yet, then know it is not in the school's notice board and then you'll have to wait for the subsequent lists. Goodluck to all

Wat is coming out now is utme list but just be patient cos direct entry will surely com out. the most important thing is that list has started coming out

the date of jamb registration closure is now 2nd of March, and their site will shut down on the 11th of March, the exam date is 24th March 2012.

if you checked your admission status and it replied you that " sorry, no admission is given yet" it means your name is not on the uploaded or admission list, then you keep checking for more upload. it's not about you not meeting jamb's cut off point for admission because jamb does not admit it is the school that admits. So it's either your name is not on that batch of admission or it has not been uploaded then you'll have to wait for subsequent batches or you go to school's notice board.

ASUU strike has been called off today. It was read on radio nigeria by 4pm and would still be repeated by 9pm network news.

it's done!!!, ASUU strike has been suspended. students and schools have been directed to resume on monday 9th january 2012. ASUU has vowed to embark on a 6 month strike if the federal government fails to keep to their promise. expect the admission list soonest.
