Pre test was done successfully, the issue surfaced during the main examination

Please is there any information or update from Dragnet for those who experienced technical challenge during the Operator skill test. This challenge was due to issues from their secure browser platform. some persons couldn't complete the test because the platform became unresponsive and the timer stopped counting until they were eventually logged out by the platform.
