The truth is that NSCDC conducted a replacement exercise in 2012, but there was no recruitment or replacement going on in NSCDC as at last year 2013, because of those officers that were retired lately last year. There is no how an organisation will retire people and at the same time be recruiting. But as it stands now, something is happening in NSCDC if and only if you a direct link. May God be with everyone of us and answer our prayers.
